Our purpose is to provide underprivileged students, and the educators and coaches who work with them, the very valuable life skills of setting appropriate goals and making positive choices.
Our goal is to help young people develop the ability to focus and concentrate on the important aspects of life (school work, sports, interpersonal relationships) in order to improve their opportunities for success on and off the court and in and out of the classroom.
Our methods for achieving these goals are: Jack Kaminer's Workshops, Guest Speakers and Camp Scholarships.
Focus for a Future is a registered not for profit 501-(c) 3 organization.
