Our purpose, as a nonprofit organization formed in 2003, is to help young people from underprivileged areas learn the importance of focusing on academics, athletics, interpersonal relationships and the importance of making positive choices in life.
Our methods to achieve this goal takes three forms: Jack's Workshops, Guest Speakers and Camp Scholarships. Our Camp Scholarship Program, which rewards hard work and good character, has become the most significant component of Focus For a Future providing less advantaged children the chance to experience a wonderful summer (and often many summers) of fun and opportunity.
